For the 3rd year, The Prayers From Maria Foundation is encouraging runners participating in the Cleveland Marathon to join our team in an effort to find a cure for deadly childhood brain tumors known as gliomas. Our team name is the "Sunflower Striders" and our motto is "striding to ensure every child experiences life as a marathon". By fundraising for the Prayers From Maria Foundation you will help fund grants awarded to reputable research institutions working to find a cure.
This year we will offer a printed training program, scheduled group runs, and incentives/rewards for those individuals who fundraise.
