BENEFITING: MAX S LOVE PROJECT INC
EVENT DATE: Sep 13, 2014
It's time for SuperMax's Loom-A-Thon Against Cancer 2!!
You May: Loom on your own, Loom Together or BOTH to raise awareness and funds benefiting the MaxLove Project.
New this Year: Ask companies or family & friends to sponsor you for each foot of loom chain you create! Get Creative! Sell loom projects and donate the proceeds!
We suggest a $10 minimum donation per loomer. How you get there is up to you!
*Loom! Loom! Loom! On your own time!
New This year: Measure and log your loom chain. Take a Picture of your project to send to Max.
If you would like Community Service hours, you must keep track of your looming hours in addition to how many feet you loomed - using our Community Service Form and have a parent sign off on them (Team Leader Charity must also sign off). 2.5 hours MAX will be granted.
Note: You may loom to your heart's content. Don't let the 2.5 hours max slow you down! The more you loom, the more you help SuperMax! (Address to mail in chains below)
* Loom! Loom! Loom together! Saturday September 13, 9-11:30 at VALENCIA HERITAGE PARK: 24155 Newhall Ranch Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91355
This will allow us to loom, tally our chains & funds raised.
An additional 2.5 hours of Community Service will be granted at the event. Forms must be signed by Team Leader: Charity (You are responsible to turn in your own forms to the school Administration)

He became famous last Spring when his friend, Jimmy Kimmel auctioned off a Suit of the Loom to benefit MaxLove Project. Check out the story here. The MaxLove Project non-profit was created to raise awareness and raise funds for integrative and complementary therapeutic tools/services offered at the Outpatient Infusion Center at Children's Hospital OC.
