Support Families of Children’s Comprehensive Care Clinic
Organized by: Aide Benson
Who are we?
The Family Advisory Council (FAC) members at Children’s Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) are parent volunteers who serve as the voice for over 400 medically complex children. We collaborate with staff to promote a healthy, balanced life for families and children.
What can you do?
We need your financial support. Because of the success of the clinic, the FAC has been asked to present at the International Patient and Family Centered Care Conference in New York City this July. This is a tremendous honor. We feel we have much to share with other clinics from around the world. The FAC will be sharing how they as parents were involved in the growth of the clinic. The knowledge we gain from this conference will allow us to share practices with the Austin community.
Why do we do this?
Allow us to introduce Conley.
He represents the patients of the Comprehensive Care Clinic.
We do it for Conley.
We do it for 400 other children like him.
We do it for our own children.
