BENEFITING: Alliance for Fair Food
On Saturday, March 12, Tampa Bay Fair Food together with farmworkers and other Florida allies will converge in Palm Beach, FL for the final stop of the Coalition of Immokalee Workers' 2016 Workers' Voice Tour. Together, we will call on Wendy's Board Chairman and major shareholder, Nelson Peltz, to support farmworkers' human rights and bring the final fast food holdout to the Fair Food Program!
We want as many people as possible to make it on the bus to Palm Beach (Register here if you're able to join.), but if you find yourself or an organization you're affiliated with not able to join we hope you'll consider making a monetary donation. With a secure budget we're able to cover the cost of those wanting to join the bus but find themselves low on cash, also to be able to tip the driver well, and to cover logistical costs. Whatever you're able to donate will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in this fight for justice for farmworkers.
Let's continue to fight for fair food together!

The Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW) is a worker-based human rights organization internationally recognized for its achievements in the fields of social responsibility, human trafficking, and gender-based violence at work. Built on a foundation of farmworker community organizing starting in 1993, and reinforced with the creation of a national consumer network since 2000, CIW’s work has steadily grown over more than twenty years to encompass three broad and overlapping spheres: Fair Food Program, Anti- Slavery Campaign, and the Campaign for Fair Food.
