THE STORY:

On October 25, 2015, the world lost a beautiful and amazing woman named Grace Newgard. With remarkable strength and fortitude, she bravely fought stage 4 pancreatic cancer for 18 very difficult months. The physical pain was unbelievable but what might have rivaled that torture was the mental anguish of leaving behind her loving family: devoted husband Brant and adorable toddler Dylan. It is no surprise that the last sacrifice she offered was hanging on so she could be present to celebrate Dylan's 3rd birthday. After delighting in giving him gifts and celebrating his life, she peacefully passed away the next day.

One of the ways we can honor her memory and life is by helping to provide for those closest to her heart. Would you consider contributing to this fund that would be set aside for Dylan's future? Brant has already started a 529 college savings plan for Dylan. While it is possible to contribute directly to that account, this site would be an easier process both for interested contributors and for Brant. All contributions here would go directly to Brant who would administer them in the best way for their son. If you prefer to give directly to the 529 plan, a form can be emailed to you to complete and mail in with a check to the account plan. Please email banruddy@yahoo.com for that option.

Giving for Dylan's future would be another way for Team Grace to fulfill Grace's own wishes and bless her loved ones with ongoing support. Thank you so much for considering and easing the burden of this family in their time of grief. Thank you for loving Grace through your help for Dylan.
