BENEFITING: Jumpstart for Young Children, Inc.
Without warning, Jumpstart received notice that a long-standing $3.1 million government grant would not be renewed. That means 4,000 children from the highest-need communities won’t benefit from the relationships and learning that Jumpstart brings to the classroom. It will also mean more than 1,500 college students from 25 campuses around the country would miss the chance to be a part of Jumpstart and have a transformative experience.
A One-time, Urgent Request
There is a critical need to help bridge this funding gap and make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and college students.
Our youngest learners need us!
This decision will impact Jumpstart programming in ten states and the District of Columbia: CA, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI, TX, and WA. Collectively we can bridge this gap.
Help us to raise these funds by July 31, 2015. No gift is too small.
