It's my goal to see that restaurants start showing their commitment to sustainable seafood by using the MSC ecolabel on menus for sustainably sourced seafood. My mission is to increase awareness of the importance of sustainable seafood in my local community and to promote restaurants that are making a difference. The MSC provides a way for restuarants to find sustainable fisheries and partner with them in their commitment to sourcing sustainable seafood. I would like to see that all restaurants and seafood markets begin proudly showing where there seafood comes from and that it is sustainbly caught from our oceans. The MSC is providing a way for this vision.
