Support For One Of Our TNSM Families
Organized by: Julianna Ndikintum
Dear TNSM families,
It is with great sadness that I write this message to inform you that one of our current families within our TNSM community has recently been the victim of some unfortunate crimes. Due to this, their identity will remain anonymous as will some of the details. I spoke to Eric Dustman and asked for and was granted permission to contact our families at TNSM in hopes to ease some of the financial burden this family has been experiencing since the crimes took place.
Due to a life-threatening emergency, the family left their house and went to the hospital. It was during that time that their house was broken into. All of their clothing, as well as other belongings, and a large sum of money in the amount of $2000 was stolen. They normally do not keep such a large amount in their house and I would like to note that it was well hidden and not out in plain sight. Due to the unforeseen, life-threatening emergency there was no time to make a deposit at the bank. The criminals went through their entire house, slept in their beds and ate their food among other things. Fortunately, since the family was not home during the break-in, no one was harmed physically but the trauma and emotional scars remain.
Please know this family has not asked for help of any kind. Although the pain of experiencing such an event and the financial and emotional stress remains, I would like to ask that we come together as a community and support this family in their time of need. Any amount you feel comfortable donating will be helpful and greatly appreciated. Gift cards to a local grocery store would also be appreciated and can be left upstairs in the office. Your prompt support is greatly appreciated.
It is my hope and wish that going forward none of our families will have to endure any unfortunate life-altering situations. Yet, if something tragic were to happen, knowing that our community will stand up and support one another is not only comforting but makes me proud to be a part of such a wonderful community and family.
On behalf of our sponsored TNSM family, I THANK YOU!
