THE STORY:

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

Found in the heart of Pursat Province is Sustainable Cambodia’s Kravanh Bright Future Center (KBFC), dedicated to improving the quality of education for vulnerable children whose families live in remote areas, far from any schools.

As Sustainable Cambodia scholars, these young people will carry with them a vision to expand opportunities for themselves and for their families. And in keeping with SC scholarship requirements and tradition, they will pass-on their knowledge, skills, and experiences through community service.

Koy Chomno plans to study Computer Science at the University in Phnom Penh in the town of Phnom Penh. “When I started attending computer classes, I liked the subject very much and I always want to know further about it. Moreover, after I read some information about computer I really want to develop the technology in Cambodia and I want to create something new for the world”.

Koy Chomno’s teacher, Chhut Borin says “Chomno is my student who lives in the dormitory. He is a clever boy at school. He is good at math and physics, and he likes to study English and computers as well. He is also a leader in our Youth Club. He is a good leader because most of the members in the Youth Club love and listen to him”.

Together we see the leadership and commitment of these young people and know they will continue to grow as vital voices in their communities. Their successes belong to you too!

Thank you for invaluable support and full university scholarship.
