Volunteers work together to provide emergency food at four satellite sites, host a monthly Foodlink Mobile Pantry that distributes free fresh produce to neighbors, run a Farm Stand in July and August, deliver monthly emergency food to low income seniors, tend two community gardens that educate and train neighborhood gardeners to raise their own food, and provide weekend supplemental food to 150 city school students. Our biggest expense is food. Rising food costs have almost tripled our food budget over the last three years. Your donation today would help us purchase needed food, especially protein (canned meat, fish, beans and peanut butter). Believe us when we say, not a penny will go to waste!
