BENEFITING: CANCER PATIENT SUPPORT FOUNDATION
ORGANIZER: CANCER PATIENT SUPPORT FOUNDATION
EVENT DATE: Jan 25, 2015
Hi Lovely Friends and Fam:
The gals and I, a/k/a The Switchblades, will be playing in the 2015 Face Off Against Breast Cancer Tournament* on Sunday, January 25, 2015. Last year, you all helped me to raise more than $3,000.00 for this amazing group. This year, due to lack of time and porr planning, my goal is much more modest, $500.00. Instead of paying so that Chip will dye his hair a certain color, I am hoping folks will consider donating so Chip WON'T dye his hair this year. ;-)
No amount is too small.
Thanks for considering this request.
The purpose of the Face Off Against Breast Cancer Tournament is to gather funds for Cancer Patient Support Program and to raise awareness for breast cancer in our communities. We also like to play some hockey and have a good time!
The Cancer Patient Support Program (CPS) is an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to offering comprehensive psychosocial services to cancer patients and their families throughout Vermont and upstate New York. Contributions to CPS make possible a range of supportive services, including psychological, nutritional counseling and educational programs. We also provide emergency funding for patients who find themselves in financial hardship due to their illness.
Donations are designated toward patient services and the emergency fund.
