You’ve probably heard news lately on how fast Seattle is growing thanks to tech and startups.
But not everyone is experiencing that “shining city on the hill” moment. With growth comes increased need for nonprofit services.
Since 1989, Seattle Works has generated over 445,000 volunteer hours and seen 1,950 individuals graduate from our leadership programs. These volunteers donate their energy, skills, and time to over 250 nonprofits. But they need help - and that's where you and I come in.
I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't support my fellow "Rock Star" volunteer fundraisers during their two-week fundraising campaign. Our goal is to raise $20,000 by Feb 21. I've pledged to earn $250 of support this year - will you help?
