BENEFITING: The Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndromes Foundation
EVENT DATE: Sep 30, 2016
As some of you know, Jack was diagnosed with LQTS this past May.
The SADS Foundation was the first - and only - group to reach out and inform us about the syndrome, the treatments, and the important advocacy work we must do to ensure more people with such conditions have the chance to catch the conditions before disaster strikes.
Please, if you can support our fundraiser - with even a mere $5/$10 - we;d be grateful!
