Three Angels opened Angel House Orphanage in 2003. The need for better childcare for Haiti’s orphans became clear when it became evident that donations collected for other Haitian orphanages were not truly reaching and benefiting the children in desperate need. There was a need for quality care, integrity in adoptions and true advocates for orphans. Three Angels staff have spent years cultivating and developing our Haitian staff of care-givers and elevating ‘orphan care’ to a level that these children deserve.
One immediate goal is the opening of Angel House Child & Family Care Center. We have secured a wonderfully appropriate home right behind our school and plan to open early 2012. But we need your help to make this happen! The property has a great layout and is in good structural condition. However, it does need some electrical and plumbing work as well as interior repairs to finish the bathrooms and kitchen. We also need all the things that make a house a home: cribs, furniture, supplies and quite a bit of elbow grease.
