This little show stopper was created in the late 90's when I was chair person for the City of Hope Fundraiser. We needed a wild n crazy costume to help us boost the energy for a high impact punk/funk/rock aerobathon utilizing black light for effect. The blacklight highlighted the deisgn pattern in the outfit.
The bottom half of the costume was influenced by the Brazilian style "boom boom" shorts that allowed a little bit of the "cheek" to be seen from the bottom of the shorts. As you can well imagine, shaving or waxing needs to be complete before wearing this outfit and oiling is a must!
So if you're feeling cheeky, Vote for Tarzan Wild n Crazy Boom Boom Shorts!!
