We're raising money to support the Brooklyn Community Foundation through Fight Gone Bad. What is Fight Gone Bad? It's three rounds, of one minute of each of the following movements: wallball shots, sumo deadlift high pull, box jumps, push press, and row. Each team member is given one point per rep/calorie rowed.
Our team consists of Ben W., Janelle B., Dan E., Dana G., Steve R. and Julian V. Individually, we're all pretty awesome but together we're a force to be reckoned with.
