TCU Pi Beta Phi House
Organized by: Alison Meland
After many years of need, TCU is creating a new and improved Greek Village which will offer modernized chapter houses for fraternity and sorority members. The new housing will better accomodate the needs of the growing Texas Delta chapter of Pi Beta Phi. The Pi Beta Phi house is a home for members during their time at TCU. The chapter house has been a place of comfort and refuge for hundreds of young women and a classroom where our sisters have learned to promote friendship, develop integrity, cultivate leadership potential and enrich their lives through community service. The house is the center for sisterhood; it the place where spirit signs are made, cookies are baked, movies are watched, and memories are made.
The new Pi Beta Phi house will include:
- 4 stories (3 floors of living space)
- A large first floor chapter room (doubled in size)
- A modernized and expanded kitchen
- A separate officer floor, with dedicated living and study rooms
- 14 double rooms and suites
- Devoted study rooms for all chapter members
The Texas Delta Housing Corporation is raising funds to ensure that each member Pi Beta Phi at TCU continues to fond memories of their time at their chapter house. The Housing Corporation needs to raise $250,000 to ensure we are providing a safe, modern, and competitive housing for our sisters.
