Among the promises made by Americans after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 were to pay homage to those who perished, and to never allow the pride, heroism, and resilience displayed by Americans in the aftermath to be forgotten.
The Siller Family started the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation to honor the memory of their brother, Stephen, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers.
As we near the 15th anniversary of 9/11, we continue to urge Americans to honor our first responders, all who lost their lives on that fateful day, and those who have been catastrophically injured while fighting for the country. It’s imperative that we celebrate these heroes and honor their legacy forever.
You can be a part of this empowering and humbling experience by signing up to run or fundraise with our team - "TEAM 911 Tribute Center" (T-shirt information will follow soon) or by donating (even $1 helps!) to our team so we can make our fundraising goal for this year.
Our team also is in recognition of the 911 Tribute Center where we all volunteer. To read about our organization run by the September 11th Families Association, please visit www.tributewtc.org.
Thank you for your donation, participation and kind generosity.
