BENEFITING: MICHAEL MOSIER DEFEAT DIPG FOUNDATION

Last year, my best friend, Michael, died from a rare tumor in his brain stem called DIPG. He was six years old. His parents started the Defeat DIPG Foundation.
I am trying to get donations from all 50 states by April 17th to win "Michael's Map Challenge" to raise money to fight this disease. Whenever I get a donation from a new state I color it in on my map.
A week after his 6th birthday, Michael was diagnosed with a tumor in his brain stem called a Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). There is still no effective treatment and no chance of survival. More than 90 percent of children diagnosed with DIPG will die within 2 years of diagnosis, and most children will live only 9 months. Despite a brave battle Michael passed away eight months after his diagnosis.
I hope you will consider donating, even if a donation has already been made from your state, to help change the outcome for children diagnosed with DIPG.
