Hello all, my name is Juan Arrieta. I am honored to be a member of Team RWB and to have been selected to run the 2016 Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC this upcoming October with the goal of raising funds for this great organization. Team RWB's mission is to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity. We engage veterans and non-veterans alike in meaningful experiences such as leadership and service that, beyond physical and social activities, renew self-identity and purpose in life. In 2015, Team RWB held over 32,000 races, athletic, social, and community service events combined throughout the country. More than 270,000 individuals took part in these events last year, about 40 percent of whom were non-veterans looking to better connect to the military community. The lifetime bonds and connections we are creating each and every day in our society through these efforts are simply invaluable and irreplaceable. For these reasons, I am committing to run 26.2 miles for Team RWB and ask for your pledge and support in helping me raise $750 for this outstanding cause. However much you can contribute, whether it is $1, $5, $10 or more, will go a long way to help us continue on our crucial mission. Thanking you in advance, God Bless, and Semper Fi!
