BENEFITING: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
EVENT DATE: Nov 06, 2016
A family man, partner in a renowned NYC law firm, and someone who is a part of my extended, blended family was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma in late April. From a misdiagnosis to the dreaded “you have cancer” Josh’s journey is nothing short of an inspiration. Through sleepless nights, chemotherapy treatments, and many trips back and forth to the hospital Josh’s optimism and spirit has continued to move everyone around him. Though this journey is not over, Josh is a fighter; like with any of his client’s he will not lose this case! Lastly, my fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society starts in support of Josh, but also to spread awareness about this disease that affects many in various forms. We hope one day to have a cure for all types of cancer; a cure so someone like Josh, a family man who works everyday in support of his loved ones, never has to hear the words “you have cancer”. I will be running the NYC marathon in November, running in support of Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Please show support and donate to this remarkable organization. TEAM SUSS!
