Help me bust my ass to raise money for a good cause. This year, it's the Brooklyn Community Foundation. From caring for neighbors, food programs, and art programs, they do a heck of a lot for the lovely borough of Brooklyn; it's time to give back.
To raise money, I'll be doing the following circuit five times (one minute rounds at each station).
- Wall ball shots (20# ball, 10ft. target)
- Sumo deadlift high pull (75#)
- Box jumps (20" box)
- Push press (75#)
- Row (calories)
As an added incentive, for anyone who so very graciously helps me out, I will be doing one burpee for every dollar raised immediately following the workout. Video proof will be posted on YouTube.
