Please help me and Billy, as well as, our 2 dogs Max, aka Bubba, and Bella raise funds as we walk in the 7th Annual Paws 4 A Cure Walk on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, Massachusetts (rain or shine). The purpose of this event is to raise money that will be distributed directly to veterinary hospitals to financially assist Paws Recipients throughout the United States when their families cannot afford veterinary treatment without Paws 4 A Cure's help. Paws 4 A Cure works very hard to provide funds and support to the families that are battling serious illnesses and injuries each year. If you love animals, especially dogs like I do, you can appreciate how important it is to provide them with the best medical care because they are an important part of your family. Unfortunately, vet care can be expensive and lots of people aren't able to give their pets the care they need because of costs. PAWS is one of the very few resources out there to help people pay for their pets' medical care. Over the past 7 yrs they have raised $90,000. This is great, but there are still vast numbers of animals in need of care and the numbers of those in need continues to grow. As you just read, much more $ is still needed to help provide vet care to all the sick animals with families who can't afford their care. So please donate any amount you can to help us reach our goal of $1,500.00. Every amount helps and you can feel good about donating to this charity because every dollar goes to the pets and not to pay personnel.
