BENEFITING: AIDS Project Los Angeles
EVENT DATE: Oct 12, 2014
It's been over a year now since I met Gabriella and boy have we had our adventures. From our ups and downs, through our good times and bad times. I've seen this girl overcome a lot. It's so inspiring to see how she fights. She's so smart, has a heart of gold and acts just like the bratty sister I never had but always wanted. I only wish I could give her everything that she missed out on and everything she deserves.
Gabriella is 21 years old and will be graduating from UCLA this year with honors. Last year, the doctor's didn't think she's make it to the AIDS Walk yet alone her birthday. But she's a fighter. She's alive and kicking and ready to take on the next challenge. She's so excited about her new place she's moving into. Her first apartment of her very own! And looking forward to the 30th anniversary AIDS Walk.
Gabriella is still fighting the battle of AIDS and Cancer and in clinical trials w/ UCLA and Cedar Sinai.
She grew up in our messed up foster care system and has had a very hard life. It's definitely a heartbreaking story but let's not focus on the bad but focus on how you bring a smile to this young girl's face by making a donation.
I hope you will help join us in her fight or make a small donation.
thanks... h, g and burrito.
