Team Campbell Foundation was founded in memory of 8 year old Campbell Grace Hoyt. Campbell "Cam" bravely and gracefully fought ependymoma, a cancer of the brain and spine for just over 5 years. Sadly, we lost Campbell on August 22, 2014. Her memory lives on in all who were blessed to know her. TCF aims to raise awareness of childhood cancer, fund research to find a cure, and provide psycho-social enrichment opportunities for families fighting childhood cancer. This #GivingTuesday, we hope you'll consider helping us continue Cam's legacy of Love, Hope and Progress for kids fighting cancer with a donation. No amount is too small. Below are a few examples of the very real differences YOU can make!
- Could you give up your morning Starbucks to help put a smile on the face of a child writhing in pain as her body is ravaged by chemotherapy?
- Bring your lunch so that your usual $15 spent on lunch could provide a date with a Mom and her other daughter - the childhood cancer sibling- who is so often left behind while Mom cares for her sister?
- Help send a couple who has just lost their child to cancer on a small vacation to recoup and revitalize their strained marriage?
- Help us make the holidays a little brighter for these families by making a donation to our holiday campaign.
Childhood cancer is ugly. It's hard on the whole family. These families need your help. Thank you!
