I'm coaching 3 extremely dedicated runners as they prepare for the 2012 Boston Marathon. A runner and Boston Marathon veteran myself, I've since graduated to coaching and I'm really excited to be coaching the Community Servings for my 3rd consecutive year. I encourage you support the team through donations and coming out to cheer them on on April 16th.

Team Community Servings--Fiona Hughes, Brandon Keith, and Tyler Melazzo--are training hard to run the 116th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 16, 2012 for Community Servings--Boston's only home delivered meals program for the critically ill. For every $25 you contribute, you'll take each runner closer to reaching their personal goal of $5,000 and Community Servings will provide a week of hearty and nourishing home-delivered meals to a neighbor struggling with HIV/AIDS, cancer or one of the 33 other life-threatening illnesses we serve.
About Community Servings: Community Servings delivers free, nutritionally tailored lunch, dinner, and snacks to 775 people five days a week who are homebound with an acute, life-threatening illness, also offering our clients nutrition education and counseling. Ninety-five percent of our clients live below, at or just above the poverty level. Now in our 21st year, we will deliver over 390,000 free meals and touch more than 1,300 lives annually, covering a service area of 215 square miles.
