Organized by: Earl Cotten
Earl has spent 42 days in the Neurological intensive care unit at St. Luke's Medical Center and currently rehabilitating at Madonna Rehabilitation Center in Lincoln, NE. The journey that he is on, with Tanya and their families by their side will be a long and costly one. They are finding that what he needs in order to actively function and what insurance will actually pay for differ greatly. This fundraiser is to bridge the gap between what he needs and what insurance will provide. Between medical expenses and equipment needs, there are renovation costs including widening of the doors, lowering of cabinets and other changes that will enable him to navigate throughout their home. Additionally, as we are all praying for full recovery, he will need to keep his body prepared for that miraculous moment when his complete healing has come to fruition. The first fundraiser, "A Chip and A Chair" at Kansas City Smokehouse Pub on August 30th. See #TeamEarl on Facebook for more information. For those who cannot attend and have a desire to help, your donations will be a Blessing to Earl and Tanya. Continue your phenomenal support and prayers. We have a journey ahead of us, but with your donations, you will help Earl take the first steps to his full recovery!
