BENEFITING: SITRIN FOUNDATION INC
EVENT DATE: Oct 05, 2013
We are running in memory of Evan Guardi, who was a Seargent in the US Army from 2003-2007. In September of 2005 he was sent to New Orleans to aid in the Hurricane Katrina relief. He was deployed to Iraq from April 2006-May 2007. Evan was a part of the 21st Combat Support Hospital, 3rd Medical Command during Operation Iraqi Freedom Rotation. Evan came home in May after leaving the army and was killed in a snowmobile accident in December of 2007. He is greatly loved and greatly missed.
Sitrin is reaching out to the entire community for its 2nd Annual Stars and Stripes Run/Walk in an effort to raise awareness and money for the Sitrin's Military Rehabilitation Program. Come out in honor or in memory of a loved one who has served our country. This year we're making it easier than ever to let all of our participants and supporters get involved.
