BENEFITING: Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary
ORGANIZER: Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary
EVENT: 2016 Boston Marathon
EVENT DATE: Apr 18, 2016
So, it's 2016. New year, new goals. It's my ten year anniversary of moving to Boston and this year I've decided to run the Boston marathon! This will be my first marathon and I am really excited to be running to raise money for Massachusetts Eye and Ear.
Every year I've gone on Marathon Monday to cheer on the runners and every year I've teared up at their hard work. For those non-Bostonians reading this, the marathon is a huge deal in this city. The city comes together to support the runners which means even more after the bombings.
So I've decided this year that I will be the one out there running, putting in the dedication, and more importantly raising money for medical research. I would love it if you could support not only me but to raise money for Mass. Eye and Ear.
