Thanks for being a part of this.
The United Nations Foundation's Girl Up is a campaign for girls, by girls. Join us now and transform girls' lives.
Girl Up, a campaign of the United Nations Foundation, gives American girls the opportunity to channel their energy and compassion to raise awareness and funds for programs of the United Nations that help some of the world’s hardest-to-reach adolescent girls. Through Girl Up’s support, girls have the opportunity to become educated, healthy, safe, counted, and positioned to be the next generation of leaders.
Show a girl across the globe that you care. A donation of $10 or more can:
*Turn a tiny closet of a health clinic in Malawi into a building that can serve 130,000 youth
*Provide school fees that allow girls to stay in school instead of being forced to work
*Supports camps for girls to learn leadership, as well as brush up on their math and science skills
Can you believe less than 25 percent of girls finish elementary school in Malawi? Nearly half of all girls are married by 18, and one in four girls are teen moms.
Girl Up will fund programs that will help more girls in such countries as Guatemala, Ethiopia, Liberia, and Malawai, become educated, healthy, safe, counted, and positioned to be the next generation of leaders.
Thanks so much for the support.
