The HOPE Program empowers New Yorkers living in poverty to achieve economic self-sufficiency through employment and career advancement. HOPE provides work readiness training and job retention and advancement support to our community members with the greatest barriers to entering the workforce.
Our comprehensive approach enables us to consistently achieve results among the strongest in the industry, notably 72% job placement, 91% 90-day job retention and 74% one-year job retention.
