The IRONMAN FOUNDATION'S TRIATHLON TEAM FOR GOOD is a group of extraordinary triathletes committed to leaving the IRONMAN legacy behind in our race communities through service projects, fundraising initiatives, and athletic goodwill.
In 2016, The IMF donated over $1.5 million dollars to over 1,250 deserving organizations and charities within the communities that host Ironman events Recent IMF TRIATHLON TEAM FOR GOOD projects have included:
- Purchasing updated water safety equipment and a rescue boat for the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- Helping to restore flood ravaged hiking trails with the US Army Corp of Engineers in Santa Rosa, California.
- Updating critical-care life saving equipment for the City of Madison's Fire Departments in Madison, Wisconsin.
- Working with the American Red Cross, teaching Community CPR to 800+ visitors to the Ironman Village during Ironman Lake Placid
I am hosting a fundraiser, by selling BOSTON STRONG bracelets for $10 (which includes shipping & handling. These bracelets let the world know that you have not forgotten about the tragic events that took place at the finish line of the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013. These bracelets sold out at the Boston Marathon Expo - and are now in stock and ready to be shipped.
If a commerative bracelet is of no interest, you are welcome to contribute on behalf of a friend or family member!
Please consider making a donation to support our team's efforts to continue to give back to the communities that provide so much for so many!
If you have any questions, please let me know via e-mail (email@example.com) or via FB message.
