We are very proud to have Dennis Crowley the CEO of FourSquare and Jason Jacobs the CEO FitnessKeeper as our team leaders in running the 117th Boston Marathon on April 15th 2013 to benfit CampInteractive. With them and making sure they stay on track literally is Chelsa Skees and Margatet Mckaan. We are a team of four right now but with big goals of reaching $40,000 raise by race day.
I want to thank Spark Capital and Gunderson for pledging up $10,000 each as a matching grant for the runners efforts. This is so generous and I know that it will inspire every runner to knock their fundraising goal out of the park.
So every dollor you give Spark and Gunderson will be given one to match!!!! This is amazing.
CampInteractive's year-round programs introduce inner-city, at-risk youth to the creative power of technology. We use cutting-edge tech education tools to provide students with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed, and instill the leadership qualities necessary to achieve their potentials.
Our modular, project-based curriculum provides an adaptive learning environment in which the students will flourish and focus on teamwork, self-confidence and sense of community. This dynamic experience prepares them to thrive through ambiguity in their academics and kickstarts success in their professional careers.
Thank you for helping shine light on the work that CI is doing in our efforts to bring technology and leadership opportunities to inner city youth.
