Carrie Juhl. A survivor! Carrie is a hard-working woman that needs your help in her fight against cancer. Her husband recently left his life long career as a fire fighter to be by her side every step of the way. Together, they will ensure this battle is won. Carrie has esophageal cancer. She began this battle in October 2014, fighting for months with multiple rounds of chemo and radiation. She spent 29 days in the hospital and finally, thought she was in remission. Recently a brain tumor was discovered. Surgery is scheduled at CTCA in Chicago Christmas Eve. She is beginning chemo treatment again and we KNOW she will be able to use the words "remission" again! As you can imagine, the costs involved with treatment & travel are exponential! Lance and Carrie would never ask for help. We know the generosity will flow from all of the angels in the world with something as simple as a 'crowdrise' fundraiser. Together, we can help them fight this cancer once and for all.
