My name is Michael Fernandez, and I've long been a migraine sufferer. I haven't had a day without pain for the past 2 ½ years. At age 14, my usual headaches changed to migraine. At first they were sporadic and seasonal, then chronic. The migraines became so severe I was unable to complete my last college exam and had to leave school just 3 credits short of graduation. I'm now disabled and can't return to college to complete my degree.
My fiancé Venus and I have chosen to support the Migraine Research Foundation in honor of our engagement. MRF is dedicated to getting crucial research done to find better treatments and one day, a cure. Raising money for migraine research will show the world what we patients are doing to help ourselves and why we need outside support! Every dollar raised for MRF counts - all of it goes toward migraine research because MRF's operating costs are underwritten. Venus and I hope that you'll contribute.
