EVENT: 2014 GO! FOR A CAUSE
EVENT DATE: Apr 06, 2014
Hello family and friends!!! I am excited to announce that I'm once again running in support of Stray Rescue of St. Louis' rescue dogs. This year, I'm participating in the Marathon Relay with Mike Harrod, Amy Neff, and Amanda Deal!
I'll be running with Stray Rescue's Team Running Buddies. The Running Buddies Program at Stray Rescue is an enrichment program where people can visit the shelter, sign in, and "check out" a dog as a running buddy. This provides essential enrichment for shelter dogs, making them more adoptable through exercise and socialization.
My personal goal this year is $500,(as a relay team we hope to raise $2000!!) and I would be forever grateful for your support. Any amount is a tremendous help. The dogs we save at Stray Rescue have survived the harsh streets to become playful, loving companions that enrich the lives of those who adopt them. Every penny donated goes directly to the shelter dogs and helps them toward a healthy and happy life. My 2 dogs were adopted from Stray Rescue and they are the sweetest and most loving animals!
Thank you so much for your support! Your generosity has a direct impact on giving these pups a deserving second chance. Stray Rescue’s Pine Street shelter is located at 2320 Pine Street, St. Louis, MO 63103.
