BENEFITING: STRAY RESCUE OF ST LOUIS
ORGANIZER: STRAY RESCUE OF ST LOUIS
EVENT: 2015 GO! FOR A CAUSE
I am once again joining the charity Stray Rescue as I run to raise money. This year I am running in memory of my former Stray Rescue dog, Bracket. She was a stray from East Saint Louis that became a member of my family. The money I raise will be used to strengthen enrichment programs and medical care at Stray Rescue, which are vital to the rehabilitation process of those we rescue and ensure an ultimately healthy environment for the dogs. l hope to enhance the lives of other homeless companion animals and help more of them find loving homes!
And remember, stop by Stray Rescue's Pine Street shelter to jog with a dog in our Running Buddies In-Shelter Enrichment Program! This program is a fun, unique, and meaningful way to stay in shape while enriching the lives of shelter dogs as they await their loving forever homes. All participants have to do is visit Stray Rescue’s Pine Street shelter (2320 Pine Street, St. Louis, MO) and “check out” their buddy… then they’re off and running!
