Runners from Team RWB Seattle and JBLM chapters are running the Tagnar Northwest Passage to bring awareness and the Eagle Ethos to the Ragnar Series. Team RWB (Red, White and Blue) seeks to connect America's Veterans with their communities through physical and social activity. We do this through many ways but mostly through our Chapter and Community Program. Our chapters and communities deliver consistent, local opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. And it is so much more than running! We host regular fitness activities, social gatherings, and participate in local races and events together. Veterans can also develop their leadership skills by serving as a volunteer leader in their local chapter. These programs are at the core of Team RWB’s mission. Team RWB also has the Veteran Ambassador Program which encourages veterans to stay active and inspire others to do the same. The program welcomes new veterans to the team and ensures that they have the information and resources to stay connected with their local chapter, as well as the regional and national community. Also, there are the Veteran Athletic Camps which are tremendous opportunities for veterans to learn a new sport/activity that they can take home to their local chapter in a leadership capacity or as a highly active community member. They are led and coached by world-class athletes and renowned experts and are built to inspire veterans to commit to their own health and fitness. Participants learn skill development on all fronts including athletic performance, team-building, leadership training and more. All of these programs are funded through donations and grants. All donations from this event will go to Team RWB nationally to further these programs! Please consider donating to Team RWB through our WA Ragnar Team Fundraiser!!!
