I am proud to run the Marine Corps Marathon 2014 in honor of Cpl. Scott J. Procopio, USMC, KIA April 2, 2006, Ramadi, Iraq. Scott was on his second deployment as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom, having previously served in Fallujah in 2005. He was killed in action as a result of a roadside bomb on the morning of April 2, 2006 in Ramadi Iraq.
It is a pleasure and joy to raise money for all military families that have given, and will continue to give, the ultimate sacrifice for our Freedom. Please consider donating for this great cause and in memory of SJP.
