Hello to you all,
Through WME|IMG, I've had the privilege of being picked to run for UNICEF at the New York City Marathon. UNICEF is a fantastic charity that supports children and mothers worldwide with the humanitarian and developmental assistance that they need.
As I'll be turning 30, this is a milestone for me. I've never ran a marathon or visited New York City. Over the course of the next 6 months, I'll be training to compete. Should my joints hold and knees not buckle, I'll be able to run and tour the city at the same time. In accordance, I have also been asked by UNICEF as a requirement to raise at least $3500.
This is where you can help. If you'd like to donate money or share this fundraising page, so that I may run in the marathon, please feel free to do so. The money goes straight to them and to those who need it. Any help is welcomed and I'm thoroughly grateul for any contribution.
Thanks for reading,
Here's a little about Team Unicef -
UNICEF does whatever it takes to save and protect the world's most vulnerable children. Forty years ago, UNICEF figured out that promoting simple, low-cost interventions like hand washing and breastfeeding could save millions of lives. Undaunted by war or geography, UNICEF delivers.
Members of Team UNICEF NYC have committed to each raise a minimum of $3,500, in support of UNICEF's work worldwide.
