The Story

EVENT DATE: Nov 04, 2017

Battle of the Boroughs is a partner CrossFit competition dedicated to raising money to fund research to find a cure or treatment for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The competition, started in 2014 at held at CrossFit Annex in Chatham, NJ, brings together some of the top CrossFitters in the region for a day of challenge and fun, all for a great cause.

 

Battle of the Boroughs WOD 1:

 

1A. 15-12-9 Reps for time:
Squat Cleans 155/105# (RX), 115/85# (SX)
Bar Muscle Ups(RX), Pull Ups (SX)

 

1B. 7:00 for each partner to find 1RM in Clean and Jerk

 

Battle of the Boroughs WOD 2:

 

For time:
600M run buy-in (both partners to perform)
30 Total Reps Box Jumps 30”/24”, 24”/20”
20 Reps each Synchronized Thrusters 115/85#(RX), 85/55#(SX)
10 Total Reps Legless Rope Climbs (RX), Rope Climbs (SX)
