Ted's Insulin Pump and Medications
Organized by: Michelle Wilson
In June, 2015 Ted's apartment was broken into. Approximately $20,000 in merchandise was stolen. His insurance has denied the claim. Among the items stolen were items that are critical to Ted's life. Ted is dependent on an insulin pump to live, as well as multiple medications. His brand new insulin pump was stolen as well as all of his medications. The cost of the insulin pump is $10,000 and the medications totaled $2,000. His health insurance company will not cover the cost of the new pump and he only has a "loner" pump for 60 days. He has to have the pump to survive. The material items lost can easily be replaced but Ted can not. Please help us raise the funds to pay for his new pump and medications.
