My name is Jaron Hite and in my household, going to college was something that was expected. My parents are both college graduates so they invested a great deal of time into making sure I had college exposure from an early age. When we would go on trips during vacations, we would take college tours and walks throughout the campus. My favorite part was always getting a new college t shirt or hat. Growing up, I never really struggled during school but I wasn't passionate about any particular subject until I took Economics in high school. That class eventually culminated into a passion for Economics. This passion then led me to major in Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. While I am cuurently pursuing a different career path in the accounting, industry I will never forget my love for economics that has not only helped me attain multiple college acceptances, but also kept me motivated enough to finish my studies . Through this campaign, I am trying to raise $300, the cost to send 1 student to a Practice Makes Perfect Program for an ENTIRE summer. The PMP team and I graciously appreciate your support in helping a student ignite their passion for learning and fulfill their academic potential.
