The House of Margaret Thatcher is an integral part of The King’s College’s community, creating a legacy of spiritual, academic, and social support for incoming freshmen and upperclassmen for over ten years.
The House is preparing for its biggest celebration of the year: the End-of-Year Dinner, a tradition dating back to the founding of the House. On this special occasion, current Thatchers and alumnae come together in community and share in House tradition. It’s an evening to draw closer to God and closer to each other before parting for the summer. It’s an evening where we give gifts to celebrate accomplishments within the House (e.g., Deans’ List honorees, graduating seniors, associates, and club leaders). And it’s an evening to inaugurate and pray over next year’s Exec Team, to publicly show our support and faith in their abilities. This night allows us to honor and advance our House values of gift illumination, faith deepening, and harmony.
We need your help to continue the end-of-year dinner tradition and all it entails. A donation of $10, $25, $50, or more will allow us to live out our House mission of Community and Iron Love. All donations are tax deductible.
We are excited to celebrate this year’s accomplishments at our dinner on May 2nd. Please help us preserve and strengthen this great tradition.
Thank you for your time and generosity.
President, House of Margaret Thatcher
