When you give today, you are giving LIFE and HOPE to survivors of sexual exploitation. Be a part of ending sex trafficking by giving to support the women and youth served by UnBound.
It is estimated that there are over 1,000 victims of sex trafficking in Seattle at any given point. Yet, there are less than 15 beds per night available for adult women who are trapped in sex trafficking. Nationwide, the average age of entry into sex trafficking is 12-14 years old. Often, youth are coerced or forced by pimps, peers, or boyfriends into selling sex to multiple buyers night after night, as see in the video on this page.
The need for youth prevention and for aftercare services for adults is immense. UnBound is working tirelessly to help end these injustices and your help is necessary.
UnBound's Hope House is King County's only aftercare home for adult women who have survived sex trafficking and are over the age of 24. UnBound's Hope House has provided healing and a second chance at life for 9 women since opening in May 2015.
UnBound is the only organization providing both weekly and monthly groups with at-risk youth in juvenile detention centers and the only organization providing prevention programs for middle school youth in our city. UnBound is equipping over 500 youth during this spring alone.
Give now to provide a second chance for the women and youth served by UnBound.
