We "add venture" capital to create jobs in developing countries.
We’re not your typical charity. The world’s greatest challenges need entrepreneurial solutions. Therefore, we provide the tools and training necessary for men and women in developing countries to stimulate their local economies and make sustainable impact in their respective communities; from well mechanics fixing broken wells in India, to health care workers selling malaria medications in Uganda. In other words, we teach people how to fish so that they may eat for a lifetime.
In our first two years, TAP has created over 500 jobs in India, Haiti, Kenya and Uganda. Those jobs will go on to help nearly a million people gain access to better food, water and health.
