The Base Institute- Post Scarcity Paradigm in Detroit

THE STORY:

We are cause-oriented towards a transformation in how to provide the things, a house niche, and solve scarcity in Metro Detroit.  Our mag-stripe card checks in with store counters to provide from a common pool.  Our house Set (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzoLzZJCe7u3NVkwZFpKZG0ycUk/) allows comfortable living four seasons around.  We are able to distribute both with very little overhead, to us and to those who need hope the most.  Nobody is doing this.

We are all tired of how capitalism leaves folks behind. In an era where the rich are getting richer, there isn't a solution to "just solve."

Free utilities and a mag-stripe card goes a long way. We are the first working example of post-scarcity, the things people need in a card.

We know we can be a first example of the change in action.  We keep a 40,000 square foot warehouse, which can stack and distribute the technology. We know and are in touch with the people who need help the most, and our early adopters. Technology can provide: the solutions have all been field-tested to extreme efficiency and the best in liveablity. Finally, and best of all, at least 3 store owners have already agreed to the free energy deal (electricity being the easiest), fed up with the begging and extreme urban poverty that surrounds them.

Full inventions list: (Free) WiFi, heat, hot water, HHO car engine, water from air, TV, electric from large generator, and LED growlight.

A $50,000 backer gets us the best media story, including cars work, and our place running full stream for the necessary work of doing a City. Thank you!
