For years, the custody laws in Arizona have been in a very gray area. Due to personal experience, we are a husband/wife team that is not only in the process of dragging our custody battle to appeal court, we want to help others break the cycle of injustice in the family law courts. Our goal is to start in Safford, AZ, and move into the rest of the state.

Boston is a 5 year old little boy full of life, love, and has a huge heart. His teachers, friends, and family love him very much. Every where he goes, he is loved and adored.

On October 27, 2014, a judge in Safford, AZ, ignored facts, evidence, and the love that a stay at home mother, in a good Christian home, has for her son. Over 20 hours went into a custody hearing for a simple relocation request. This is after 4 years of countless in-and-out of court custody scenarios. The end result was this judge granted a father who had nothing but visitation, complete custody of this sweet little boy, leaving the mother minimal visitation, no child support, and full responsibility for travel expenses. Why you may ask? Due to legal stipulations we have at this time, there is little we can say, but the answer is simple:
The father walked in the court room bashing on and lying about the mother. The mother said nothing but good things about the father. The judge admitted to being exasperate, and made a ruling. To summarize what the mother's lawyer had to say, "I have never, in my 37 years of law practice, seen such an immoral, unethical, and unprofessional ruling." The mother walked in court willing to work out a sensible custody agreement, and walk out with next to nothing.

We are asking for your financial support, not only for Boston. We want to see Boston's situation turn into a foundation of changing Arizona custody laws, and eliminate the gray areas of the law. Obviously we are embarking on a next to impossible task, but with you help, support, and prayers, we are confident we can pull this off! Help us make a difference in Arizona.

Anything you may be able to give financially will be a tremendous blessing. You will not be giving money, you will be giving support, to us and many others to follow!

Here is a breakdown! Spread the word. :)
6,000 giving $5
3,000 giving $10
1,500 giving $20
and so on.

If you are not able to help financially, your thoughts and prayers would be greatly coveted. Thank you!

May your sweet little family be completely drenched in the peach that passes all understanding. Logic would say that now is the time to freak out, but now is the time to trust in the only One who has any control in this situation. 3 years ago
