THE STORY:

A Remarkable little girl Elizabeth Williams is a loving beautiful four year old who is much wiser than her years. Being her father, I'm bias. I have diabetes (1) and legally blind. My Lizzy for the last eight months has taken care of me , walking, running errands, like walking me to get my prescriptions. We go to her preschool everyday. It takes six buses to get there and back. I do not take her she takes me! She has always been there for dad. Five months ago her mother was hit by a car while on her way to pick Lizzy up from preschool. Once again Elizabeth to the rescue. She dotes over her mom. She helps her use her walker, helps test her dads blood sugar and make dinner. She is truly a comfort to mom and dad. We are very lucky to have such a help. So many other people who develop health issues, have little or no help. Where do they turn. Her mom, a grad of Ohio U., has worked in many different capacities in the health field for twenty years. She is currently working as a caregiver at several RCFE's. Since she was two, Lizzy has gone to work with mom. She loves Doc McStuffins. we wrote a business plan for an independent living facility. Because family is family no matter what were there our plan is simple to provide a quality interactive atmosphere twenty four hours a day that's our joy fulfillment in helping people. The start up cost for this self sustaining nonprofit is as follows : Business Proposal The Cottage: a new age independent living home Itemized start up cost   92,500.00 deposit for leasing or RTO property 47,500.00 quarterly operating cost 10,000.00 furniture average shelf live for four to five years Itemized details for start up cost are in the business plan upon disclosure signing.   MONTHLY LEDGER APPROACH Based on quick books overseen, by licensed c.p.a's quarterly. Long term numerics discussed in the business plan. If you can give, give from the heart. Like my lizzy loving, patient, her gift is her heart. This in closing is not for me there is a need for caring responsible people to share. Lets work together people helping people like Lizzy, Michelle, and I. After all that has transpired the driver that hit Michelle only has a 50,000 dollar insurance policy. Her bills are 79,000 dollars and counting. She has to have rehab and dental work. She has trouble walking, her jaw was broken and had four teeth broken. Molena will not pay all her bills, so we pray thank you god bless! Sincerely, Michael A.
