BENEFITING: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
My beloved Tacloban is suffering from Typhoon Yolanda that literally went over that city and has left destruction, death, and pain. I served in the Philippines Tacloban mission for 1.5 years as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I walked those streets and worked side by side with those people and loved them with all my heart.
I am hoping now to do something, anything, for those people and that nation I love. They are so strong and endure so much. I want them to know they are not forgotten. Let them find hope in humanity and in God as they overcome this devastation. Let us all Look to God and Live! The Filipino Spirit is Waterproof!
My birthday is in 5 days. I'm hoping to raise $5,000 to send to Tacloban by the end of this week. We can do it! Kaya nato!
